    Are bags/purses allowed inside The Ryman?
    Oversized bags and weapons are prohibited, and all guests are subject to a security screening.

    Is there a pet policy?
    Service animals are welcome in Ryman Auditorium.

    What kind of cameras are allowed?
    You may bring in a digital, disposable or 35mm camera. Professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses are prohibited. During Self-Guided tours of the Ryman, cameras are allowed. However, they are not permitted at anytime during the Backstage Tour.

    Is transportation to and from the venue included in our ticket?
    We provide transportation as an add-on service when available.

    Onstage photo availability may vary. Backstage access is only available on VIP tours when available. Cameras are not permitted during the Backstage Tour.

    Cancellation policy

    All sales are final. Cancellations more than 21 days before your scheduled trip receive a full refund. Cancellations 8–20 days before may reschedule or receive a gift card of equal value. Cancellations less than 7 days are not refundable. No-shows are not refunded. Weather cancellations receive a gift card for future use. Tours are terminated without refund for illegal drug use or underage alcohol consumption.

JJ and Brittany also earn enthusiastic praise for their energy and ability to make groups feel like they're hanging with friends rather than just hired help. This is a solid choice for group outings, especially bachelor/bachelorette parties and corporate events. The boats are clean and well-equipped, there are plenty of floats and activities to mess around with on the lake, and the whole setup seems built for fun.     Had such a great time with the girls and the crew! Brittany and the Chas were amazing hosts! Even though it rained and we had to hide out for a while, they still made the effort to take us back out once the storm passed. We got to enjoy some more swimming and time on the water — so much fun!

    Had such a great time with the girls and the crew! Brittany and the Chas were amazing hosts! Even though it rained and we had to hide out for a while, they still made the effort to take us back out once the storm passed. We got to enjoy some more swimming and time on the water — so much fun!
