All sales are final. Cancellations more than 21 days before your trip receive a full refund. Cancellations 8–20 days before are eligible for rescheduling or a gift card of equal value. Cancellations less than 7 days before are not refundable. No-shows are not refunded. Weather cancellations receive a gift card for future use. Tours end immediately and are non-refundable if illegal drugs are used or alcohol is consumed by a minor.

People specifically mention feeling safe with him, which matters when you're out there trying to have a good time. JJ and Brittany also earn enthusiastic praise for their energy and ability to make groups feel like they're hanging with friends rather than just hired help. This is a solid choice for group outings, especially bachelor/bachelorette parties and corporate events. The boats are clean and well-equipped, there are plenty of floats and activities to mess around with on the lake, and the whole setup seems built for fun. The overwhelmingly positive feedback suggests they've figured out how to consistently deliver those "best part of the trip" kind of days. A couple blank reviews don't reveal much, but the pattern is pretty clear—great vibes, beautiful scenery, and a crew that actually cares about showing you a memorable time on the water.
Had such a great time with the girls and the crew! Brittany and the Chas were amazing hosts! Even though it rained and we had to hide out for a while, they still made the effort to take us back out once the storm passed. We got to enjoy some more swimming and time on the water — so much fun!
