Know before you go
- Arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in, gear and the safety briefing
- Ages 6+ only
- Travelers age 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Requires swimming ability and comfort floating in water
- Not suitable for people with heart conditions or other serious medical issues
- Wear a life jacket or flotation device during the activity
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Bookings made less than 48 hours before the tour are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. You may reschedule or request a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather. Verified medical emergencies may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
FAQs
Bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, reef-safe sunscreen, hat, closed-toe shoes, and a small backpack for personal items. Bring a camera or waterproof phone case if you want photos.
Transportation is not included.
