Enjoy a fast, staff-guided Sea-Doo jet ski ride on Lake Erie with training and safety gear provided. You’ll ride in a designated area while your guide stays present for the session.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time. All drivers must be 21+; all ages welcome as passengers.
Weight limits: 1 rider 250 lb, 2 riders 400 lb. If you were born after January 1st 1982, you must pass a 10-question quiz (90%+) for a temporary 24-hour boaters license.
If you flip the jet ski, your ride is over and you will be towed back to the dock. Keep at least 100’ from other watercraft, people, and the break-wall.
Cancel up to 48 hours prior to your rental. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you can rebook or receive a full refund. Late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to qualify to operate have no refunds.
How early should I arrive for my rental?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time. Late arrivals are charged the full price and there are no refunds.
What is the weather policy?
Weather decisions are made around the time of your rental. Rain is not considered dangerous; wind, waves, thunder, and lightning are dangerous conditions. If it’s raining and you don’t want to go out, a gift card can be issued.
What happens if weather interrupts or cancels my rental?
If weather interrupts your rental, a gift card will be issued for the time the weather interrupted your rental. If the operator has to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, they will work with you to rebook or issue a full refund.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your rental.
What if I don’t qualify to operate, or I’m a no-show?
Failure to qualify as an operator has no refunds (a gift card will be issued). No-shows are charged the full price with no refunds.
