Things to know
All guests must be age 8 or older, and a 2-passenger minimum is required to confirm the tour. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, and tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to severe weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation policy for regular bookings; 48-hour policy for group bookings of seven or more guests. Cancellations within these timeframes are non-refundable and the full amount will be charged. Rebooking less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour has a 25% fee per person.
