Itinerary

Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled launch time
- Ages 12+ only; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older
- Prior paddleboarding experience and confident swimming are required
- Requires self-rescue in shallow water if you fall in
- Maximum weight is 250 lb per person
- Wear the provided life vest at all times while on the water
- Not suitable during the second trimester of pregnancy or later, or for heart, respiratory, back, or serious mobility conditions
- Complete the required electronic waiver before launch
- Rentals must remain with the same person for the full duration; sharing, swapping, and transfers are not allowed
- National Park entry costs $25 per vehicle and is not included in the listed price
- Dogs only: under 50 lb, house-trained, approved in advance, and limited to tandem boards; a $50 dog fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. No-shows and later cancellations are charged in full. If severe weather makes operation unsafe, you'll receive a refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

FAQs
Wear swimwear or quick-dry clothing and water shoes or sandals; your feet and ankles will get wet. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses, and consider a towel or change of clothes. Bring a sweater, jacket, or windbreaker from December through February.
Snacks and bottled water are included. You may also bring cold sandwiches or a refillable water bottle.
Some experienced paddlers may reach Emerald Cave with an early start and steady paddling. The 8:00–10:00 AM launch times are best for attempting it.
