Things to know
National Park entry fee is not included ($25 per vehicle, payable on site). Minimum age is 5; children under 15 must share a kayak with an adult (18+). Weight limits apply (260 lb per person; up to 300 lb for guests 6'1"–6'8").
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour or you will be charged in full; no-shows are charged in full. For group bookings, cancel at least 72 hours in advance to avoid full-rate charges. If severe weather makes it unsafe, the operator will refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

No. You’ll get basic paddling instruction and a safety briefing, and you must wear a life vest at all times. Non-swimmers are welcome—tell your guide if you can’t swim.
Wear swimwear or quick-dry, layered clothing and plan for wet feet and ankles. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses, and wear water shoes or sandals (no flip flops). You can also bring a refillable water bottle and an optional towel or change of clothes.
Pets (dogs only) require prior approval, a fee, and must be house-trained. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals require prior approval.
