Itinerary
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your rental time
- Check in at the EZ Kayak trailer
- Gear is issued with a brief safety overview
- Launch at your scheduled time from the Designated Paddlecraft Area
- Enjoy up to 4 hours of self-guided kayaking (12:00 PM slot = 3 hours)
- Return equipment by 3:00 PM sharp

Important details
- Complete a waiver for each participant; a parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for minors
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult age 18+
- Children ages 5–14 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult age 18+; guests age 16+ may paddle solo when accompanied by an adult age 18+
- Children must weigh at least 40 lb; the tandem middle seat is only for children ages 5–7
- Children under 5 are not recommended, and children under 3 are strongly discouraged due to heat and safety concerns
- Single kayaks have a 260 lb maximum; tandem kayaks have a 260 lb maximum per person
- Maximum height is 6 ft 8 in; guests over 200 lb may be weighed at check-in for safety
- Wear a life jacket at all times; swimming ability is not required
- Not recommended for respiratory, heart, or back conditions, pregnancy in the second trimester, or recent surgeries
- Tax applies in addition to the listed rental price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your rental to avoid a full charge. Group bookings require at least 72 hours' notice. If unsafe weather cancels the rental, you’ll receive a refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

FAQs
Wear beachwear or quick-dry layers and water shoes or sandals, not flip-flops. Your feet and ankles will get wet. Bring sunglasses and sunscreen; bring a light jacket, windbreaker, and gloves from December through February.
Emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals require prior approval. Dogs require prior approval, must be house-trained, and have an additional fee that is not included in the listed price.
