Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 24 hours notice for a refund minus an 8% cancellation bank fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, refund minus an 18% cancellation fee (10% to the company and 8% bank fee). No-shows are charged the full price.
FAQs
Bring a driver’s license or passport. The name on your reservation must match your ID and the card used to purchase the experience.
Do not drink within 1 hour of your timed reservation. Do not participate if you are under the influence of marijuana or prescribed drugs/medications that do not allow you to operate machinery.
No. If someone in your group is pregnant, they cannot enter the range to shoot. They can watch from the lobby through the windows.
