Cancellation policy
Public tours: Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start receive a refund or exchange. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Private tours: 20% deposit is non-refundable; remaining balance is due 14 days prior; cancellations, changes, rebooking, or refunds are not permitted within 14 days.
