Know before you go

• Arrive 1 hour before departure; check-in closes 30 minutes before departure
• Complete a waiver before arrival or at check-in; full-face masks require an additional waiver
• Non-swimmers may join for the boat ride only and may not enter the water
• Ride-along bookings require at least one paid snorkeler
• Platform and ladder use has a 275-pound maximum individual weight limit; combined group weight is also considered
• No coolers, spray sunscreen, free-dive fins, weight belts, or scuba equipment are permitted onboard
• Bring reef-safe lotion sunscreen and towels
• Alternate snorkel sites may be used based on sea conditions
• A fuel surcharge and other tour fees may apply; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
