Things to know
Certified divers dive in buddy teams; if you don’t have a buddy, you can join someone or hire a professional guide for an additional cost (amount not specified—confirm with Greetwell before booking). Ages vary by activity: snorkelers 3+, certified divers 10+, SNUBA® divers 8+.
Cancellation Policy
There are NO REFUNDS within 2 weeks of your scheduled trip or lesson. Failure to inform us of health conditions at the time of the reservation may disqualify you from participating and there will be NO REFUNDS.
FAQs
Complete the required smart waiver(s) to finalize your reservation. Each participant must complete a waiver for their activity: certified divers, snorkelers, and bubble watchers complete a boat waiver; SNUBA divers complete a SNUBA waiver; students in courses complete a medical/student waiver.
SNUBA and other compressed-air activities are limited by health. Certain conditions may disqualify participation, including asthma or inhaler use, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, loss of pulmonary function, heart attacks/surgeries, or other major medical concerns. If you do not disclose health conditions at reservation, you may be disqualified and there will be no refunds.
Bring towels, reef-safe sunscreen, reusable drinking bottles, and any personal gear you want to use. You can store personal snacks and drinks in the onboard cooler, and water is available onboard.
