- Guests not checked in by departure time are considered no-shows
- All participants must sign a waiver before joining the boat trip; it is available for e-signature by email

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with 24 hours notice. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
