Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If unsafe weather or water conditions cancel your rental, choose a reschedule or full refund. Arrive on time; late arrivals may lose rental time without a refund or extension.

Use the complimentary dry box and waterproof phone case for valuables. Protection is not guaranteed, and you are responsible for personal belongings brought on the water.
Keep equipment with the people listed on the rental agreement. Equipment cannot be transferred, subleased, or used by anyone not listed on the agreement.
