All sales are final. You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before start; requests within 24 hours may incur a $10–$15 fee. No-shows or arrivals 15+ minutes late are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tours run rain or shine; if dangerous weather forces cancellation, you may reschedule. For groups of 10+ or private tours, cancel 72 hours prior; deposits are non-refundable but may be moved.
