Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations after that are charged the full amount. Weather cancellations are at Outside’s discretion; if they cancel due to weather, there will be no charge or they will issue a credit for any payments made.
FAQs
Wear a bathing suit or clothing you don’t mind getting wet.
Bring sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and a bottle of water for each person. In spring and fall mornings or evenings, bug spray may be necessary.
Payment is due at the time of booking. If payment isn’t received within 24 hours of your excursion departure time, you may receive a cancellation email.
