The captain may change the route, delay, or cancel your charter for weather, vessel issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control. If the cruise cannot proceed but the event can be held dockside, it may continue there.

Outside vendors cannot provide goods or services during your charter without written approval. Approved vendors must provide liability and workers' compensation insurance.
