Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 72 hours ahead. 50% refund for cancellations 24–72 hours ahead. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours ahead. For riding-preventing weather, out-of-state travelers receive a full refund.

For your bike rental, bring a credit card to leave on file or a driver's license or passport, plus appropriate biking apparel and sunscreen.
Cruisers can be fitted with an attachable toddler bike trailer or toddler rear seat.
Rental time is not extended for late check-ins.
