Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Tours run rain or shine. If unsafe weather causes the tour to be canceled, you can reschedule or receive a refund. Deadlines use Victoria's local time. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows.
