Important details
- Ages 21+ only to book
- Every passenger needs a signed waiver before boarding
- Bring a valid ID, towels, sunscreen, snacks, drinks, and a waterproof bag
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure
- No glass containers permitted on Lake Austin
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before start for a full refund minus booking fees. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Unsafe weather may be rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full; light rain or clouds do not qualify. Booking and processing fees are nonrefundable.
