Cancellation Policy
Rebooking fee is $250 plus the difference in price of the chosen date. Weather is not an eligible reason to cancel unless directed by us. Use of the floating hotel and all amenities/equipment is at your own discretion and the owners cannot be held liable.

Yes. A rebooking fee of $250 applies, plus any difference in price for the new date. A separate policy also states rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment time, or with a $75 fee if done within 24 hours.
