Full refund with 24 hours' notice (48 hours for groups of 6+ and charters). Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, lack of bookings, or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows or late cancellations are charged the full price.

If you aren’t checked in 15 minutes before departure, you may be charged a no-show fee for the full amount of your flight and your return flight may be cancelled.
Yes. Your baggage allowance is 15 lbs guaranteed. Extra baggage is charged per pound over 15 lbs (space available). The maximum weight per single piece of luggage is 50 lbs, and luggage over the allowance may be sent standby and may have excess luggage fees.
