Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Ages 8+ only; weight must exceed 50 lbs
- Complete a digital liability waiver before departure; a parent or legal guardian must sign for travelers 17 and under
- Wear shoes that can get wet and stay securely on your feet; flip-flops aren't allowed
- Expect possible last-minute safety restrictions or age-limit changes during high-water conditions
- Gratuity is not included; the standard recommendation is 20% of the rack rate
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels or reschedules due to adverse weather, conditions, or insufficient participants, your payment will be refunded.
