• Drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
• Riders must be at least 5 years old
• Wear a helmet if you are under 18; helmets are recommended for all riders
• A credit card is required for the renter
• A $500 per-machine hold applies when using a debit card and is released after equipment return
• Return the vehicle with a full tank of 91-octane fuel and bring the fuel receipt
• Pick up after 8 am; return full-day rentals by 5 pm, or within the scheduled 4-hour rental window
• Expect a $50 charge for every 30 minutes returned after 5 pm
• Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs; service is denied without a refund if impairment is suspected
