All ticket sales are final. You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before start; within 24 hours a $10–$15 rescheduling fee may apply. No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tours run rain or shine. If dangerous weather forces cancellation, you may receive credit or reschedule.
