Guests discover your Greetwell listings through their vacation rentals and boutique hotels. Greetwell is also an official Google Things To Do connectivity partner, which helps eligible operators surface in Things To Do placements across Google Search and Google Maps. In select markets, we also support discovery through channels like AI travel planning tools (including ChatGPT) and destination marketing organizations (DMOs) we partner with.
Bookings flow through Greetwell in a way that fits your setup. If you use a supported booking system, bookings land in your existing dashboard with availability and pricing synced automatically. If you do not, guests request a rental through Greetwell, you confirm availability, and then we connect you with the guest to coordinate pickup details.
If you use a supported booking system, we pull in your availability automatically. If not, guests can request a rental, but they are not charged until you confirm you can fulfill the requested dates or time window. That way, you only get booked when you are actually available.
Greetwell collects payment from the guest and pays you directly by ACH transfer, credit card, or check. Payout timing follows any booking system requirements (if applicable) and your cancellation terms, so funds are released according to the rules tied to each booking.
You run check-in exactly as you do today. We can pass along your waiver (and any pickup instructions) to the guest ahead of time, but you are responsible for getting a card on file at pickup so you can charge for deposits, damage, or other incidentals if needed.
You set a cancellation policy for each rental you offer on Greetwell. It defines when guests can cancel and whether they receive a full or partial refund. If a guest cancels outside the policy, fees may apply based on your terms.
If you use a supported booking system and have opted into its partner network, your rentals may be eligible to appear on Greetwell. We pull in availability and pricing so everything stays in sync, and bookings follow your normal workflow. You’re always in control, and if you’d prefer not to be listed, contact us and we’ll remove your experiences within 24 hours.
