Greetwell connects you with guests staying at vacation homes, hotels, and rental properties in your area. These guests typically include:

  • Experience-focused travelers who want to make the most of their time in the area by discovering authentic local activities, dining, and attractions

These guests generally first learn about your in-home services when they book their stay, so they're planning ahead and give you reliable advance notice. In general, our guests are actively seeking local expertise and are ready to book services that help them explore and enjoy your area to the fullest.

How will travelers find my services?

Guests discover your Greetwell listings through their vacation rentals and boutique hotels. Greetwell is also an official Google Things To Do connectivity partner, which helps eligible providers surface in Things To Do placements across Google Search and Google Maps. In select markets, we also help travelers discover partners through channels like AI travel planning tools (including ChatGPT) and destination marketing organizations (DMOs) we partner with.

How does booking work?

Bookings flow through Greetwell in a way that fits your setup. Guests request a service through Greetwell, and you review the details and confirm if it works for your schedule and service area. Once you accept, the booking is finalized and we connect you with the guest to coordinate any final details.

How will you know that I'm available?

You control your availability. Guests can request a booking, but they are not charged until you confirm you are available for the requested date and time. That way, you only get booked when it actually works for you.

What details do I get before I accept?

You will see the service type, requested date and time, property address, group size, and any notes from the guest, so you can accept with confidence.

How do I get paid?

Greetwell collects payment from the guest and pays you directly by ACH transfer, credit card, or check. Payout timing follows your cancellation terms, so funds are released according to the rules tied to each booking.

Do you handle gratuity, add-ons, or special requests?

You set your pricing and what’s included. Guests can share preferences and special requests when they book, and you can offer add-ons when appropriate. Any changes should be confirmed with the guest before the appointment.

How do cancellations work?

You set a cancellation policy for each service you offer on Greetwell. It defines when guests can cancel and whether they receive a full or partial refund. If a guest cancels outside the policy, fees may apply based on your terms.

How do I get started?

To get started as an in-home service provider on Greetwell, simply click the "Get Started" button above and submit your information. Our team will then follow up with you to complete the onboarding process and help match your offerings with local hosts and guests.
