These guests generally first learn about your experiences when they book their stay, so they're planning ahead and give you reliable advance notice. In general, our guests are actively seeking local expertise and are ready to book services that help them explore and enjoy your area to the fullest.
Guests receive a link to Greetwell when they book their stay in a few weeks prior to their arrival. They can book your services directly through us. Once you receive a booking, confirm your availability for the requested dates, and you'll be connected directly with the guest to coordinate the details.
Guests can request to book your services through Greetwell, but they won't be charged until you confirm your availability for the specific dates and times requested. This ensures that you only get booked for services you can actually provide.
Greetwell processes payments from guests and then pays service providers directly via ACH transfer or check. Payments are made in advance of fulfillment, so you'll have the funds to purchase any necessary supplies and block out your calendar accordingly.
You can set a cancellation policy for each experience or service you offer through Greetwell. This policy will outline the timeframe within which guests can cancel and receive a full or partial refund. Any cancellations outside of the stated policy may be subject to fees.
