- Weight range 40–240 lbs. No more than three riders may weigh over 225 lbs. You'll be weighed at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your ride for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are charged. If your ride is canceled because temperatures exceed 100°F or an Extreme Heat warning is in effect, you'll receive a full refund or may reschedule, subject to availability and temperatures below 100°F.
