We booked a canoe trip with them right before some bad weather hit, and I was happy that they didn't cancel due to weather. For the "half-day float" they take you through the most interesting part of the canyon just west of Lajitas. The flow rate of the river was sufficient to keep us from bottoming out, but make sure to inquire about that. I think just about anyone could do this trip, and your guide can help you if you can't manage your canoe. Our guide Caiti was very interesting and was able to answer just about any question I asked. I really enjoyed the peaceful river, and the canyon experience. I recommend this tour company.
