Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 30 days before rental. Partial refund available 15–29 days prior. No refund within 14 days. Hazardous weather or mechanical issues qualify for full refund or rescheduling. Date changes accepted if requested at least 14 days before departure. Refunds processed within 3–5 business days.
