- A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for passengers under 18
- All riders must sign a liability waiver
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 must complete a temporary boater certification; the $10 fee is not included in the listed price
- Combined driver and passenger weight limit is 350 lbs per jet ski
- Requires the ability to sit on the jet ski, maintain balance, and operate it safely
- Pregnant people and those with serious heart, back, or joint conditions cannot participate
- Wear a provided life jacket at all times on the jet ski
- Stay within designated riding areas
- Alcohol and drugs are not permitted before or during the ride
