**WARNING: Serious Booking Issues** This operation has a significant problem you need to know about. Multiple recent reviewers report paying deposits only to have their reservations suddenly cancelled by the owner, with refunds never materialized despite weeks passing. Some travelers showed up to find abandoned warehouses at the listed address, with no one answering calls or emails. When contact does happen, communication reportedly becomes difficult or hostile. That said, customers who actually got to ride had genuinely great experiences. The guides, particularly Alejandro (also called Alex or Alej), get consistent praise for being friendly, helpful, and safety-conscious. People mention fun trails with bumps and corners, and beginners especially appreciate how patient the instructors are at explaining everything. The rides themselves seem worth it when they happen. The problem isn't the activity itself but rather the booking reliability. If you do decide to try them, be very cautious about advance payments and confirm everything multiple times before your planned date. The positive experiences are real, but so are the booking nightmares.
