- Ages 7+ only, with a minimum height of 4 ft and minimum weight of 40 lbs
- Maximum weight is 240 lbs. No more than three riders can weigh over 225 lbs. You'll be weighed at check-in.
- Requires the ability to follow directions
- Riders under 18 require an accompanying adult
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. If you're under 18, wear the provided helmet.
- Complete the waiver within 48 hours of booking
- Do not use your cell phone during the ride
- Rides do not depart when temperatures exceed 100°F or an Extreme Heat warning is in effect
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure to complete paperwork and get acquainted
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your ride for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are charged. If your ride is canceled for temperatures above 100°F or an Extreme Heat warning, you'll receive a full refund or have the option to rebook, subject to availability and temperatures below 100°F.
