Important details
- Ages 18+ only
- Complete the required e-bike liability waiver before riding
- Wear a helmet at all times; safety helmets are available
- Follow all road rules, including signs, one-way streets, and speed limits
- Ride only on permitted roads and trails; off-trail riding is prohibited
- Return the e-bike by 5:30 PM on the due date or another day’s rental charge applies
- You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for 4 bikes or fewer, or 7 days before for 5 or more bikes. E-bikes are not rented in rain.
