Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your ride time; late arrival may mean you cannot ride
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Expect the entire excursion to take place in the water and to get wet
- Wear shoes that can get wet; flip-flops are not allowed
- Ride your own horse; double riding is not allowed
- Riders under 13 must be accompanied by an adult on the same ride, and riders under 10 require operator permission
- Expect the route to be altered if weather conditions require it
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 20 days before your ride. Within 20 days, receive a 50% refund up to 96 hours before start. No refund within 96 hours. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, receive a refund or a one-year rain check. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full.
