Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 20 days before your ride. Cancel 20 days to 96 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 96 hours are nonrefundable. Severe weather may be rescheduled or issued a rain check. No-shows and late arrivals are nonrefundable.
