- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your ride time
- Complete a waiver before riding
- Expect to get wet; the entire excursion takes place in water
- Wear shoes that can get wet; flip-flops are not allowed
- Ages under 13 require an adult on the same ride
- Children under 10 require owner permission
- Ride your own horse; double riding is not allowed
- Expect the ride to be altered if weather conditions require it
- The optional photo package is not included in the listed price: $25 for the first 2 people and $5 for each additional person
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 20 days before your ride. Receive a 50% refund from 20 days until 96 hours before the scheduled start time. No refund within 96 hours. Refund available if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
