One helpful tip: arrive about 30 minutes early to enjoy the animals in the waiting area, and expect some parking challenges since the lot fills quickly. Just note this isn't an actual café serving food or drinks despite the name. The experience runs about 30 minutes and appeals equally to kids and adults, with several guests describing it as dream-come-true territory for animal lovers.
I had the capybara encounter with my wife, and we had the most amazing time. The capys were so clean and all the other animals were cute and well taken care of. The gift shop is great and well priced. The capys were very friendly too, we got to feed them a lot. The lady who led the encounter was very knowledgeable and helpful/friendly and gave a lot of facts and answered the questions. Thanks you, highly recommend!
