A: The meeting location is at 107 Yacht Club Dr., St. Augustine, FL 32084 (at Camachee Cove Marina, Dock A-24). You should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure
Q: What happens if there are not enough people booked?
A: If the minimum number of passengers is not met the tour may be cancelled, and you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Q: Are there restrooms onboard and is the boat accessible?
A: Yes, the boat (a 45-foot pontoon called the “Osprey”) has a restroom. However, the tour is not fully wheelchair accessible — boarding involves walking down to a floating dock and climbing 2-4 steps.
Q: Can I bring my own wine or alcohol aboard?
A: No, outside alcohol is not permitted. The cruise includes the six wines, and additional drinks can be purchased onboard.
Q: What is the dress code or what should I wear?
A: There is no formal dress code. Guests are advised to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and non-slip shoes since the boat is a pontoon.
Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. A rescheduling fee of 50% applies if rescheduling within 48 hours. If the minimum of 12 passengers is not met, you will be contacted at least 2 hours before your tour and can receive a full refund or reschedule. Trips canceled by the operator due to weather are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
