Cancellation policy
48 Hr. Cancellation Notice Required. You may cancel your reservation by email 48 hours prior to your pickup time for a full refund. Phone Cancelations are not accepted. Reservations cancelled after the 48 hour cutoff may receive a non expiring credit and rebook for a future date. Same Day and next Day Reservations are non refundable.
