Things to know
No outside alcohol is permitted on board. Guests are screened before boarding, and inebriated guests will not be allowed to board.
Cancellation Policy
Refund with 24 hours' notice minus a 10% processing fee. Within 24 hours, tickets are forfeited and no refund. Full refund for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.
