Things to know
For parties over 6 passengers, USCG rules require a bareboat charter and the captain must be paid separately in addition to the charter fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Gratuity is not included. No pets, glass, red wine, or overly messy foods.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no shows are not refundable. Full refund if Boat Tahoe cancels. Weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday cancellations are non-refundable one month prior.

Yes. For 7+ passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) rules require a bareboat charter, and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain (cash, Venmo, or Zelle). Group size is based on the number of passengers at booking, and every guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
No. Use the marina restroom near the parking lot before boarding. If needed, you can stop along the way.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt. If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels are not provided). You can also bring your own food and drinks.
