Accurate individual passenger weights are required at reservation; if you misstate by more than 10% you may lose your deposit and be charged the balance due. This is a non-pressurized flight using supplemental oxygen; do not book if you have closed sinuses or cannot use supplemental oxygen.
If the operator cancels and you cannot reschedule, it is 100% refundable. Cancel more than 7 days before departure: no charge. Cancel within 7 days or arrive late: payment is non-refundable.
