A 7 day notice is required for cancellation of your reservation to receive a refund. Within 7 days of scheduled tour time, there is no refund and a change/move fee of 25% applies. All tours depart rain or shine, as scheduled. In the event that a tour is canceled by Denali Jeep Excursions due to weather, a full refund will be provided.
Yes, all parties of two or more will have their own Jeep. Parties of 1 will be placed with other parties of 1 or with the guide. For larger parties, Jeeps are filled to a maximum of 4 passengers, then additional Jeeps are added.

Denali Jeep Excursions was one of the highlights of our Alaska adventure, and I'm so glad we included it in our itinerary! We were a large group, and everyone had an amazing time driving the jeeps along the breathtaking Denali Highway. If you're deciding between this experience and a crowded bus tour through Denali National Park, I would absolutely recommend this tour. It offers so much more freedom, incredible scenery, and a much more personal experience. Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job pointing out the best viewpoints and sharing information about the area. Unfortunately, we didn't spot any wildlife—but that's just part of being out in nature, and it made us appreciate how wild Alaska truly is. We were incredibly fortunate to have a crystal-clear view of Denali, a memory that our group will never forget. Thank you to the entire team for an incredible adventure. We highly recommend Denali Jeep Excursions to anyone visiting Alaska!
