Meet at Canada Place Welcome Centre and arrive 15 minutes early to check in; your reservation is only held until 10 minutes before start time. For gratuity-based free tours, booking fees (if any) are refundable with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows: booking fees are non-refundable. Groups under 5 may be charged US$2 per person for late cancellation or no-show.
