Get an easy introduction to Vancouver on a 3-hour, gratuity-based walking tour led by a local guide. Start at Canada Place and explore key downtown spots while picking up local history and recommendations.
This is a 5 km / 3-mile walk and is not recommended if you cannot walk or stand for long periods. The tour is wheelchair accessible. Gratuities are not included; tipping is recommended (often $30/person).
Free tours: Booking fees (if any) are refundable with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations/no-shows: booking fees are non-refundable. Groups under 5 may be charged US$2/person for late cancellation/no-show.
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Your reservation is only held until 10 minutes before the start time; after that, your spot may be given to walk-up guests. Once the tour departs, you may not be able to catch up with the guide.
Plan for about 5 km (3 miles) over nearly 3 hours on mostly flat city streets, with breaks. The tour is wheelchair accessible, but it isn’t recommended if you can’t walk or stand for long periods.
Book ahead if you can—tours can sell out. Walk-ups are welcome if space is available.
