- Requires walking through steep, rocky, muddy and uneven terrain without assistance
- Requires moderate physical fitness

- Not recommended for travelers with heart, back or other serious medical conditions
- Wear secure closed-toe shoes such as tennis shoes or hiking boots; Crocs, sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
- Helmets and life jackets are mandatory
- Present the credit card used for booking and a valid photo ID at check-in; reservation details must match the cardholder
- Expect some activities to be unavailable when weather or river conditions require it
- Prepare for a longer, more challenging hike on Saturday departures
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Bookings made less than 48 hours before are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed for operator weather cancellations or verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed Puerto Rico doctor.
