Know before you go
- Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Ride with an adult age 18 or older
- Drivers must be ages 16+ with a valid driver's license; transportation options also accept a valid driver's permit
- Passengers must be at least 52 inches tall
- Combined rider weight limit: 600–800 lbs
- Wear closed-toe shoes; Crocs, sandals, and flip-flops are not allowed
- Bring the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo identification for check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings made within 48 hours are final. No refunds or rescheduling are available within 48 hours. If the operator cancels for safety concerns, rescheduling or a refund will be offered.
