- Arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in, waivers, and instructions
- Drivers: Ages 16+ only, minimum height 60 inches, and a valid physical driver's license required
- Valid driver's permits are accepted for transportation options
- Passengers: Minimum height 52 inches
- Travelers under 18 must ride with someone age 18 or older
- Not available during pregnancy
- A combined weight limit applies per UTV
- Wear closed-toe shoes; Crocs, sandals, and flip-flops are not allowed
- Wear comfortable clothing that can get wet or dirty; long pants are recommended
- Present the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in; the cardholder name must match the booking contact
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings made within 48 hours are final, with no refunds or rescheduling. If the operator cancels for safety concerns, rescheduling or a refund is offered.
